1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synonymo Word Game ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Synonymo Word Game mobile application and all related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, you may only use the app with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate, or encourage others to violate, the rights of third parties
• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems
• Use any automated system to access the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
• Create multiple accounts to abuse game mechanics
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software

5. In-App Points and Purchases

Our app features a points system that allows you to:

• Earn points by playing games and completing activities
• Use points to purchase in-app items such as avatars, hints, and collectible cards
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue points or items at any time
• All point transactions are final and non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The app and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and design) are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as your username. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results from using the app will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Word Game and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms of Use.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Account and Data Management

We provide two options for managing your account and data:

Reset Game Data

You may reset your game data at any time through the app settings. This will:

• Reset your game progress, points, and purchased items to default values
• Preserve your account credentials and username
• Allow you to start fresh while keeping your account
• This action cannot be undone

Delete Account

You may permanently delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems
• Your account credentials, game progress, points, and purchased items will be lost
• Your email address and username will become available for reuse
• This action cannot be undone and is irreversible

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association, rather than in court.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
